1. Who We Are

Find My Renovation is not a contractor, general contractor, or home improvement company, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any renovation work. We are a marketing and lead-generation platform designed to help homeowners describe a project and connect with independent contractors and service providers who may be able to help.

Use of this Site does not guarantee that you will be matched with a contractor, that any contractor will contact you, or that you will receive a lower price than you could obtain elsewhere. Not all contractors or service areas are available in every location, and coverage varies by ZIP code and project type.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years old and are legal residents of the United States. You must be the owner of the property in question, or otherwise authorized to request estimates and make decisions about the property. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you submit is accurate and provided by you or with proper authorization.

3. How the Site Works

When you submit information through our project questionnaire, we may share that information with one or more independent contractors or service providers so that they can contact you about your renovation project. By submitting the form, you provide your electronic signature as consent for us and our contractor partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide, using automated technology, even if your number is listed on a state, federal, or corporate Do Not Call registry. You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of using the Site, and you may revoke consent at any time by contacting us or the specific contractor directly.

We may receive compensation, including referral fees, from the contractors and service providers we connect you with, as described in our Advertiser Disclosure. The amount of compensation offered by a contractor may impact which offers are presented to you and the order in which they appear. Our Site does not include every available contractor in the market, and we encourage you to research any company independently before making a decision.

4. Accuracy of Information

Estimates, pricing ranges, and potential savings referenced on the Site are illustrative and not guaranteed. Your actual price depends on many individual factors that vary by contractor and project, including the scope of work, materials selected, labor rates in your area, and the condition of your property. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer or solicitation to perform work, and no binding agreement exists until you sign a contract directly with a contractor.

5. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

• Submit false, misleading, or another person's information without their authorization
• Use any automated system, bot, or scraper to access or interact with the Site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, security, or availability
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Click Circle LLC and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by the mandatory consumer protection laws of your state of residence.

12. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users of the Site to do the same. If you believe that content appearing on the Site infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") containing the following information:
